The design and layout of Blogger seemed more intuitive than Wordpress. When you first join Blogger it is easy for you to choose from their pre-developed themes; they gave you a list of themes and you could choose which you wanted easily. Wordpress had multiple built in themes as well but it wasn’t made as clear or easy to find. The one thing that Blogger had that Wordpress seemed to lack was the ability to fully customize your website through HTML editing. Blogger made it easy to view the HTML of your page whereas Wordpress only allowed for CSS customization. The difference is that HTML is the code of the web page and CSS is just basic visuals such as font or color. After perusing through some random blogs in both sites we came across how this is implemented. In Blogger every now and then we would come across a site that was completely different from the rest; it wasn’t just the basic font or theme; rather it had been completely customized. While going through random sites in Wordpress we could not find any such blogs. This implies that Blogger is easier to use and can be customized further than Wordpress.
